The Chinese Christian Democratic Party based in New York has produced a report based on their investigation of the Wenchuan earthquake. The author Chen Dong says that he believes the Wenchuan earthquake was rather an underground nuclear explosion. The report will be released on May 12, the fourth anniversary of the disaster that killed 70,000 people.


The spokesman of the Chinese Christian Democratic Party Chen Dong said that after a 3 year investigation, he has reached an astonishing conclusion, that the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 in Sichuan province that killed 70,000 people was caused by an underground nuclear explosion.

[Chen Dong, Author]: Beichuan has become a symbol of Chinese politics. The cover up of the Wenchuan earthquake has been managed by the Jiang faction. You see, Liu Yunshan and Zhou Yongkang, including the Army chiefs who belong to Jiang faction, have all not been to Beichuan. They are just like thieves who want to avoid the site, because this was done by them.

Chen Dong says, all the references in his report are from publicly reported articles or messages on the internet, and the evidence supports the conclusion that the May 12th earthquake was an underground nuclear explosion.

[Chen Dong, Author]: We have done a lot of research on nuclear explosions: what happens and how it affects the ground when there is an underground explosion; and, how long the [shaking] would last. All similar kinds of the underground nuclear explosions, from the beginning until the end, last from 70 to 90 seconds, and Wenchuan earthquake lasted 80 seconds. It is impossible that an earthquake caused by a fault shock could last 80 seconds.

Chen Dong said, they have printed and kept many materials that have already been deleted from the internet, including the blog published by Deputy Minister of CCP Propaganda Department in Beichuan County Feng Xiang an hour before his suicide in 2009. These materials have been scanned and will be publicized on internet in the future.

[Chen Dong, Author]: After a nuclear explosion, signs of radiation will appear in many ways. We have seen mountains that have exploded open, rivers changed their course, forests burnt, specific symptoms show in humans and animals, and we do not need to measure the temperature with the thermometer anymore. There is a report recently on North China Net saying that place is still burning.

Chen Dong said that although the conclusion is very astonishing, he has gathered enough evidence to make him believe that it is true. The report will be released on May 12, the fourth anniversary of the earthquake. He said he wants to let more Chinese people to recognize the true nature of the CCP.
